Associate Consultant
Kavita has cross-domain experience in the areas of Management Consulting, Education, Marketing and Social Entrepreneurship, much of this with start-ups. She has worked with diverse organizations including for–profit companies, not-for-profit social innovation companies, as well as been an entrepreneur herself. She is particularly interested in processes at the intersection of individual and organizational learning and humanistic orientations to learning. Kavita is currently pursuing her internship in process work at Sumedhas Academy for Human Context. She holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
